Technical Support Executive (On-Site â Greater Noida)

SRC Cyber Solutions LLP is hiring a Technical Support Executive for its Greater Noida office. Candidates must be B.Tech freshers or have up to 1 year of experience. The role includes providing technical assistance, resolving customer queries, managing tickets, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting product training. Must be willing to relocate and stay near the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers and channel partners.
- Handle and resolve customer queries via email, calls, and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and technical resolutions.
- Maintain accurate support logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and basic product training after internal onboarding.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support tickets.
- Support the pre-sales team when needed, including demos and technical clarifications.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all communication.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE preferred) — Freshers eligible.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, networking, and software systems.
- Must be willing to work on-site at Greater Noida.
- Must relocate and stay near the Greater Noida office.
- Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or enterprise security products.
- Experience in help desk or customer support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Technical certifications.
