Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Delta 1, Greater Noida (On-Site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital strategies, managing social media platforms, creating content, and supporting brand-building initiatives. This is an on-site position and requires candidates who are currently residing in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist in running basic digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads preferred).
• Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and prepare digital performance reports.
• Manage scheduling, posting calendars, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
• Support branding initiatives, digital promotions, and campaign planning.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility and conversion.
   

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital promotion.
• Ability to write clean, engaging, and error-free content.
• Proficiency in Canva (mandatory); Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Strong sense of design, layout, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently with accountability and discipline.
• Creative thinking, detail orientation, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Marketing/Communication/Media preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
• Must be residing in Greater Noida (Strict requirement).
