(IC-24426) Filter incident emails by links and attachments
One of IRONSCALES strengths lies in its ability to group, or cluster, similar emails under the same incident. Some of these incidents can house tens and even hundreds of emails, so to help you investigate the emails that have been clustered under an incident, we've added a Links & Attachments filter to the incident's emails list as well as a column showing the number of links and attachments in each email. (IC-24020) Clustering algorithm for Office 365 calendar invites
(Office 365) We're happy to introduce the new Clustering Algorithm for Calendar Invites. Designed to increase the accuracy of our clustering mechanism, which is responsible for grouping similar emails under the same incident, the new algorithm ensures that only email instances belonging to a single calendar event are clustered to the same incident. Similar to the existing clustering mechanism, this mechanism takes into account various details of the email, including the email's subject, event id, sender's details and email contents.

While scanning the email's attachments, IRONSCALES would not display them in the Incident Details page's Attachments section, displaying an "Attachments not found" message instead. This issue has been resolved, and now IRONSCALES displays the email's attachment as well as any linked attachments. |
