About the Role
SRC Cyber Solutions LLP is hiring a Technical Support Executive for its Greater Noida office. This role is strictly on-site, requires immediate joining, and candidates must be willing to relocate and stay near the office.

We are looking for M.Tech freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who can communicate clearly, learn fast, and handle technical interactions with discipline and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-level technical support to customers and enterprise clients.

  • Handle and resolve queries through email, phone, remote sessions, and ticketing systems.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting, system checks, and issue verification.

  • Coordinate with internal tech teams for escalations and ensure timely ticket closure.

  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and status reports.

  • Support installation, configuration, and post-onboarding product training.

  • Assist pre-sales teams with demos or technical clarifications when required.

  • Maintain a professional, precise, and customer-oriented approach in all communication.


Qualifications

  • M.Tech (CS/IT/ECE preferred) – Fresher OR up to 1 year of experience.

  • Strong command over English communication (both written and verbal).

  • Basic understanding of computers, networking, software systems, or troubleshooting.

  • Must join immediately and relocate near Greater Noida office without delay.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to help-desk, technical support, or customer handling.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, system administration, or enterprise tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems.

  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
