We are hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, our Cloud Micro-segmentation platform. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support. You will work with firewalls and other security components to ensure the highest levels of security for our network.

Role Description (Immediate and On-site at Greater Noida)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Support Engineer to be based out of our Support Centre at Greater Noida, for our Cloud Micro-segmentation platform. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support.

Experience (min. 3 Years)

• Micro-Segmentation: Utilize Illumio, ColorTokens or similar tools to implement and maintain micro-segmentation strategies, enhancing the security posture of the network by isolating workloads and applications.
• MUST HAVE good experience in Firewall Management, Design, implement, and maintain firewall configurations, rules, and policies to ensure the security posture of the network infrastructure.
• MUST HAVE good experience in technical support experience, with a focus on networking technologies and network security.
• MUST HAVE a strong understanding of Internet Security and Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, Proxies, Firewalls).
• MUST HAVE good experience Experience in Server Management / Group policies (GPO) / Active Directory (AD)
• MUST HAVE good experience in Security Infrastructure: Delivery (Deployment / Implementation)
• Familiarity with cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs, network data, and incident artefacts
• Excellent problem-solving presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
