Technical Support Executive (EDR/XDR) - Immediate (Greater Noida only)

We are Distributors for Nex Gen, highly automated technologies offering Patch and Endpoint Management, Comprehensive Email Security, Assets Visibility and Risk Mitigation, Endpoint Compliance, Third Party Data Flow Risk Management and Workload Micro-segmentation. Our Partners are leaders in their respective technologies, and we will be adding many more technologies in 2024.

What You Will Do: As our Technical Support Executive, you will help drive our solution adoption and retention, working cross-functionally by creating Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and partners and providing exceptional service and support. This role will help take our message to the market and understand how our security solutions integrate with security and IT ecosystems to strengthen cyber resilience, simplify processes, and enable faster response and continuous business productivity.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Work cross-functionally with Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and Channel Partners.
  • Achieve targets with delivery and support.
  • Function as a subject matter expert on topics relevant to the cybersecurity ecosystem, including various vendor solutions, platforms, integrations, and competitors
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What We Need from You:

  • Lead the engagement from Support to Delivery.
  • 3-5 years of sales in IT Security Solutions.
  • A MUST- Experience in cybersecurity with strong technical knowledge of SaaS Platforms.
  • A MUST- Technically very strong including sales and support for:
  • MUST HAVE good experience with XDR/EDR solutions (CrowdStrike/SentinelOne/Cortex)
  • MUST HAVE good experience with Agent-based Deployment (Installation/Implement)
  • MUST HAVE good experience with Group Policies (GPO)
  • MUST HAVE good experience with AD / Servers
  • MUST HAVE good experience with Powershell and Bash scripting
  • Added Advantage with some basic experience managing Endpoint Management Compliance (UEM) Platforms
  • Added Advantage with some basic experience managing Asset and Inventory Platforms
  • Added Advantage with some basic experience managing Knowledge of AWS
  • Worked with VADs or SIs or as a System Admin
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Highly efficient, with strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working closely with direct Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP), channel Partners and our global technology Partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Depending on your experience and capabilities the starting could be from Rs. 6.00 to Rs. 7.50 Lakhs plus benefits and incentives, to no limit!
