New Age Third-Party Data Flow Security

As you may be aware, we have recently launched a new technology to secure Third Party Data Flow.

Webinar Details

We are proposing to have a Webinar to include all Partners and Customers titled - New Age Third-Party Data Flow Security on October 17th, Thursday at 4:30 PM IST.

A Brief Note on the Webinar

In 2023, the Indian Parliament passed the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), introducing new data protection requirements that companies in India must meet. For companies that don’t meet those requirements, the law allows the board to impose penalties of up to Rs. 250 Crores. With so much at stake, companies need to ensure that they’re able to confidently implement data governance for all data flows.

In this webinar, my technology Partner, Anirban Banerjee, CEO and Co-founder of Riscosity, will discuss India’s DPDP Act and how businesses can prepare and proactively introduce strategies for protecting data flows leaving infrastructure.

Topics of Discussion

The importance of customizable governance frameworks: Teams need the flexibility to create custom governance frameworks to specific regulatory requirements and business needs to ensure that their compliance efforts are effective and maintained.

How to implement guardrails aligned with data transfer restrictions: Monitoring data flows ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that organizations remain on track with their compliance obligations to avoid costly penalties.

Webinar Schedule

We are scheduling this Webinar on October 17th at 4:30 pm IST for about 1 hour, and we will share the Invite links by September 25th.

I believe this webinar will offer valuable insights into the technology and address some of the measures which can be taken to comply with the DPDP Act.

I will be calling by next week to give you a quick brief. Aparna from my office will be coordinating the event and can be contacted at 8527474544.
