With the v53.00.00 release of IRONSCALES, we are pleased to announce the following product improvements and new features.

Option to send campaign reminders to participants

To make sure the relevant campaign participants undergo training, we've added an option to the Campaign Setup page to automatically send a training reminder to the participants who were lured by it. IRONSCALES will send the reminder every two business days until the participant completes the training or the campaign is closed. This option applies both to email and SMS smishing campaigns, and the reminder is sent during the campaign's "Collecting" phase.Option-to-send-campaign-reminders-to-participants

Note: This checkbox is enabled by default and only applies to campaigns launched after the release of IRONSCALES 53.00.00.

New 'INCIDENT DETAILS' section in Account Takeover (ATO) incidents

We've added the following details to Account Takeover incidents:

  • Incident creation date
  • Classifier name
  • Classification time stamp (displays the last classification timestamp if the incident was classified more than once)

The details are presented in the?INCIDENT DETAILS?section located at the top of the Account Takeover incident, just like in email-based incidents.

Okta SSO login enhancement

Users logging into IRONSCALES via Okta SSO are sent to Microsoft login after entering their email address, requiring them to re-enter their email address on the Microsoft login page. To prevent this from happening, in Okta, open your IRONSCALES application, and under?SAML Settings > Show Advanced Settings, disable?Honor Force Authentication.

Auto-sync support for Google Workspace mailboxes

Up until now, IRONSCALES was only able to protect mailboxes within the defined license limit. Starting with this release, when syncing/uploading mailboxes beyond the license limit, IRONSCALES will automatically extend protection to those additional licenses (just like with Office 365), allowing you to sort out the licensing with IRONSCALES Customer Success.
