Content summary
This section lists the main functionality updates, features and enhancements implemented in this release.
(IC-23605) Graymail reporting option
We have enhanced the Report Phishing button to now include the option to report graymail. Graymail is a type of email that is neither malicious nor spam, but can still be annoying and intrusive. By giving users the option to report graymail, organizations can identify and address unwanted emails more quickly and precisely, resulting in a better user experience, fewer false positives, and improved security. For details, see Graymail Reporting Option.
(IC-23778) New domains for simulation campaigns
To help you better test your organization's security awareness, we've added the following 9 domains to the EU site:
- accountsinfo.net
- banksupdate.email
- getpurchase.net
- alert-mail.org
- get-itsupport.net
- i123buy.com
- printersandscaners.com
- buy-online-now.net
- faxtoyouremail.info
